ISO 9001:2015 is the most widely used international quality management standard that specifies the basic requirements according to which an organization can operate in order to provide quality services to its customers and is the revised version of ISO 9001:2008, making it more appropriate for the modern market needs.
ISO 9001:2015 – Standard Requirements – Course Duration: 2 days
This training course includes the presentation of the requirements and the compliance practices regarding these requirements, of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, and the important modifications of the revised version. This course also includes tools for Risk Assessment and Risk Management, case studies, discussions and a thorough explanation of the Risk Management notion, one of the most important requirements of the new version.
ISO 9001:2015 – Internal Auditors – Course Duration: 3 days
This training course deals with the organization, the planning and the implementation of internal audits and audit methodologies according to the ISO 19011 standard. After the completion of the training course, the participants will be able to organize and conduct internal audits, both in their organization, and also as external consultants.
ISO 9001:2015 – Auditors/Lead Auditors – Course Duration: 5 days
This training course includes the presentation of first, second and third party audit techniques and the requirements of the ISO 19011 standard for Management System Auditors. After the completion of the training course, the participants will be able to apply Quality Management Systems, to design and to implement Quality Improvement Plans and to audit Systems according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

The training methodology includes lectures, practice and teamwork.
In this context, the participants are asked to carry out group and individual exercises, role playing exercises, and evaluation tests that aim to develop their skills (time management, teamwork, cooperation).
In the end, a satisfaction questionnaire is distributed to the participants in order to evaluate the results of their training and the achievement of its objectives.
