ISO 9001 is the most widely known International Standard for Quality Management. ISO 9001:2015 specifies the basic requirements according to which an Organization can operate in order to provide quality service to its customers.
ISO 9001:2015 is the revised version of ISO 9001:2008, making it more appropriate for the modern market needs.
Standard Requirements – Internal Auditors – Auditors/Lead Auditors of Quality Management Systems
ISO 9001:2015 – Standard Requirements – Course Duration: 2 days
This training course includes the presentation of the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, the compliance practices regarding these requirements and the important modifications of the revised version of ISO 9001. This course also includes tools for Risk assessment and Risk management, case studies, discussions and a thorough explanation of the Risk Management notion, as it is one of the most important new requirements of ISO 9001:2015 version.
ISO 9001:2015 – Internal Auditors – Course Duration: 3 days
This training course deals with the organization, planning and implementation of Internal Audits and Inspections methodologies according to ISO 19011. After the completion of the training program, participants will be able to organize and conduct Internal Audits concerning Quality Management Systems, both in their Organization, but also as external consultants.
ISO 9001:2015 – Auditors/Lead Auditors – Course Duration: 5 days
This training course includes the presentation of first, second and third party inspection techniques and the requirements of ISO 19011 Standard for Management System Auditors.
The aim of the course is that, after the completion of the Training Course, the participants will be able to apply Quality Management Systems, to design and implement Quality Improvement Plans and to audit systems against to ISO 9001.

The training methodology includes lectures, practice and teamwork. In this context, the participants are asked to carry out group and individual exercises.
Role playing exercises, which aim to develop their skills (time management, teamwork, cooperation) and evaluations tests.
In the end, a satisfaction questionnaire is distributed to the participants in order to evaluate the results of their training and the achievement of its objectives.
