A significant condition for the certification of a communication - advertising company according to this standard is the identification of the activities implemented by the company, their analysis to identify grade of improvement, their recording and, finally, their monitoring and evaluation, based on measurable indicators.
This standard is mainly based on the international standard ISO 9001:2008.
