Following the issuance of the new Government Gazette 3350B 12-6-2024 Y.A. 46557-2024, based on which the requirements for the exercise of professional activity of operating construction machinery with a total engine power of more than ten (10) kw and a maximum lifting capacity of up to two thousand five hundred (2,500) kgr are defined, at BQC we designed a new vocational training program, fully aligned with the new regulatory requirements.
Forklifts are, by common admission, the most commonly used lifting machines and, moreover, valuable tools, which find application and use in a multitude of productive activities, such as in industry, in all kinds of construction, in port facilities, in transport, etc.
There is a need to acquire knowledge concerning, on the one hand, the safe use of forklifts in the workplace and, on the other hand, the basic mechanical elements that the operator needs to know.
It is internationally required that forklifts be used by trained (licensed in most EU countries) operators, in order to avoid accidents caused by misuse and inadequate training.

A) 12-hour in-person theoretical training.
B) 60-hour in-person practical training, using state-of-the-art simulator equipment.
The training is carried out in small classes, lasting up to 8 hours per day.

The teaching methods used include lectures, practical training and group work.
In this context, participants are invited to carry out group and individual exercises and tasks, as well as role playing exercises, aimed at developing their skills (time management, team spirit, cooperation).
At the end, an evaluation test and a satisfaction questionnaire are distributed to the participants in order to evaluate the results of their training and the achievement of its objectives.
