Training Program Safe Work in Production Areas-Factories-Crafts

The production sector is the most critical part of economic activity. Quality and safety are two factors that go hand in hand in every modern production unit.

Creating a safe working environment as well as informing staff on health and safety issues should be a priority for every company.

Program Duration: 2 days

Participants are trained in assessing and addressing the risks that arise during work in production areas, the safety measures that must be taken, as well as the personal protective equipment that must be used, with the ultimate goal of improving the safety and health conditions of employees, reducing accidents, increasing efficiency and reducing the costs of organizations and businesses.

The teaching methods used include lectures, practical exercises and group collaboration.

In this context, participants are asked to complete group and individual exercises and assignments, as well as Role playing exercises, which aim to develop their skills (time management, team spirit, collaboration).

At the end, an evaluation test and a satisfaction questionnaire are distributed to participants in order to evaluate the results of their training and the achievement of its objectives.
