ISO 45001:2018 is the new international standard of Occupational Health and Safety that replaces OHSAS 18001 and can be applied by all organizations regardless of the object, products or services they provide by focusing on the effective control of all occupational risks that concern both employees and visitors of a business and the wider society in general, and by achieving improvements in overall Occupational Health and Safety performance.
ISO 45001:2018 – Standard Requirements – Course Duration: 2 days
This training course includes all the requirements of the ISO 45001:2018 standard as well as the compliance practices with these requirements. The training course also covers the demands of the relative legislation while particularly emphasizing on risk assessment and risk management by providing implementation tools and discussion of case studies, as well as the Risk Analysis.
ISO 45001:2018 – Internal Auditors: Course Duration: 3 days
This course presents the structure, planning and implementation of internal audits and analyzes the method to conduct an audit (ISO 19011). After the completion of the training course, the participants will be able to organize and conduct internal audits both in their company and as external consultants.
ISO 45001:2018 – Auditors/Lead Auditors Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems: Course Duration: 5 days
This training course includes the presentation of first, second and third party audit techniques as well as the demands of ISO/IEC 17021-1 and ISO 19011 standards for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems auditors. After the completion of the training course the participants will be able to design, develop and implement Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems as well as to audit them.

The training methodology includes lectures, practice and teamwork.
In this context, the participants are asked to carry out group and individual exercises, role playing exercises, and evaluation tests that aim to develop their skills (time management, teamwork, cooperation).
In the end, a satisfaction questionnaire is distributed to the participants in order to evaluate the results of their training and the achievement of its objectives.
