ISO 22301:2019 – Business Continuity Management System
These days, disasters due to human error and the vengeance of nature, even terrorist attacks, are an almost daily global phenomenon.
Unfortunately, we cannot always control the size of a disaster or prevent its occurrence. However, with careful planning and appropriate preparation, the size of any loss can be limited to the minimum possible.
Program Duration: 2 Days
The frequent serious incidents of recent years have been the reason for the International community to create new methods and practices for managing such situations.
To minimize the impact of such unpleasant incidents, the International Organization for Standardization ISO has issued a new standard for Business Continuity Management – ISO 22301, entitled “Society Security – Business Continuity Management Systems – Requirements”.
A Business Continuity Management System provides an infrastructure on which the organization’s operations are based in terms of their resilience to potential threats, while developing the ability to respond immediately.
The purpose of the training program is to present the requirements of the ISO 22301 standard and to train all participants in these requirements.
Within the framework of the training program, practices and tools that will help in the implementation of a Business Continuity Management System will be presented and specific practical issues will be discussed.
