Program Duration: 1 day

Working in office spaces is considered more relaxing and safer compared to other jobs, but it also poses several risks to the health of an employee, if there is insufficient information about them.

At the end of the program, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the current legislation
  • Recognize the main risks identified in office spaces
  • Assess the severity of risks in the office
  • Effectively manage the main risks by reducing the likelihood of an accident and/or the consequences of such an incident
  • Use effective collective and/or individual protection measures
  • Understand the responsibilities and obligations of the employer and employee in the field of safety and health
  • Recognize the importance of their role in occupational health and safety

The teaching methods used include lectures, practical exercises and group collaboration.

In this context, participants are asked to complete group and individual exercises and assignments, as well as Role playing exercises, which aim to develop their skills (time management, team spirit, collaboration).

At the end, an evaluation test and a satisfaction questionnaire are distributed to participants in order to evaluate the results of their training and the achievement of its objectives.
