  • The program is aimed at Executives and staff of Hotel – Tourist Units
  • The Educational Program is awarded points in the Classification of Hotels in Star categories with 150 points (criterion 11.1) with the participation of at least 10% of the Company’s staff on an annual basis.
Information

Employees in small and large hotel businesses in our country are exposed to a series of harmful factors that negatively affect their health.

The physical, chemical, ergonomic and biological harmful factors of the work environment, combined with the intensification of work and difficult schedules, are the main causes for the occurrence of occupational morbidity that characterizes the industry.

Program Duration: 2 days

The goal of the training program is to highlight these risks and train staff in practices for dealing with them.

The teaching methods used include lectures, practical exercises and group collaboration.

In this context, participants are asked to complete group and individual exercises and assignments, as well as Role playing exercises, which aim to develop their skills (time management, team spirit, collaboration).

At the end, an evaluation test and a satisfaction questionnaire are distributed to participants in order to evaluate the results of their training and the achievement of its objectives.
