The menu of the standard consists of Greek products based on the Mediterranean diet, such as bread, rusks, olive oil, olives, yogurt, honey, cheeses, cold cuts, fresh vegetables, legumes, pies, sweets, fresh fruits and traditional local dishes of each region.

For the issue of the Greek Breakfast Label Certificate, the company registers on the special website of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels H.C.H., completes the electronic form and selects the BQC Accredited Certification Body that carries out the on-site audit of the business. Then, BQC prepares an Audit Report, which records the mandatory criteria for the awarding of the label and if the conditions are fully met, it issues a Certificate of Subscription of the Accommodation Conditions. H.C.H., finally, issues the Greek Breakfast Label Certificate.
