Certification that the relevant business has been inspected by the Agri-Food Partnership of the Region of Crete for both the preservation of the Cretan Gastronomic Culture, as well as for its organization, the adequacy of its staff, its operation and its legality

Particularly for hotel businesses, it is an optional point-based criterion, giving 200 points (criterion 10.6) for the Classification of each Hotel into Star Categories
The business interested in being certified according to Label Cretan Cuisine contacts the Agri-Food Partnership, completes and sends the certification application by email to [email protected] or by fax to +302112213726.
BQC is an Accredited Body registered in the Agri-Food Partnership registry and therefore, the business can choose it and jointly set the audit date.
After the audit by BQC, the designated evaluation committee of the Agri-Food Partnership approves the findings and makes a recommendation, which, if positive, leads to the award of the label.
