Information

Program Duration: 1 day (8 hours)

According to article 43 of law 3850/2010 (Ranking of the Code of Laws on the Health and Safety of Workers), the employer must have at his disposal a Written Occupational Risk Assessment (WRA), including those concerning groups of workers exposed to particular risks, so that he can capture the existing occupational risks and set priorities for the safety and health of workers.

Is it enough to simply have a WRA or are you legally responsible for its adequacy?

After completing the first module of the training program, participants will be able to draw up a WRA that represents the classification of risks and constitutes an efficient health and safety tool.

The second section of the training program delves into the evaluation of industrial hygiene and methods for eliminating the risks of exposure to harmful factors.
